Dan Steele

As COO, Dan oversees operations and drives synchronization among departments to meet company goals. His expertise lies in process management, operational optimization and productivity-driven growth initiatives aligning with the company's strategic objectives.

Dan hold his leadership skills while managing high-performance teams at the Denver Police Department. He spearheaded the FBI Rocky Mountain Innocence Lost Task Force, earning him the prestigious CO Attorney General's Excellence in Law Enforcement Award in 2015.  Renowned as an esteemed educator and speaker, Dan imparts his knowledge about human trafficking nationwide, raising awarenes and community engagement.  His work has garnered media attention including features in the award-winning documentary, "Tricked", "ABC World News with Diane Sawyer" and more.

Outside his professional life, Dan enjoys golfing, scuba diving, sharing a cold brew with friends, and spending quality time with his family.
